i wanted to eat the portuguese chilli crab at fish & co on sat.
hence i placed my order happily, since its available.
anticipating the crab..
Waiter "Excuse me, who ordered the portuguese chilli crab"
Me *raised my hand*
Waiter "I am so sorry, but the crab died."
Me "Eh.. So?"
Waiter "We cant serve it since its dead"
Me "Oh.. Okay."

SO. there goes my portuguese chilli crab. it died.
i must have offended someone somewhere.
of all the crab i wna eat, i happen to choose one thats alrdy dead.

argh. im so craving for crabs now. AND calamari. AND oysters.

went for job interview today. for an expo fair.
freaking good pay. but they want undergrads.
im gna be an undergrad in 2mths time. just let me have that job pls.

im a lucky girl. in a lucky world.

11:42:00 PM

okay i conclude that i make a few new friends - note its friends not the hi-bye kind at work! (:
yay they are F and K! whee. it sounds like a very familiar vulgarity that we use daily.. BUT ya (:(: friends! i think friends are hard to make in the working world. esp in the F&B industry where its like... really quite harsh.

SO YAY i am glad that i found ppl that i can click with!
woots~

today's kiphoe's birthday!!!
HAPPY BIRTHDAY DARLING!!! I LOVE YOU!!! (:

okay. im dead tired. byebye!

11:09:00 PM

People pls go over to minyu's blog to view her veh lovely and wonderful video abt...
*drumrolls pls*

BOYS AND GIRLS (:

Yeah. Pls tell me why do i love my friends so much? (:(:(:

oh yea i received my thigh massage shaper alrdy!
not sure if its working, but im currently wearing it.. dont feel like its burning any fats leh. =((
and its just like a piece of cloth. so i dunno how is it different from other pieces of cloth. hmm. i hope my masks will arrive soon!!! (: heh.

and work is getting tiring. bleah. yea i am certainly getting used to the standing all day long in heels, however, the lifestyle is something that takes getting use to. apparently there's alot of politics gg on which i have no idea what. BUT i am waiting for my colleague's shift on thurs to tell me. hehehe. and its weird, cuz i dont think i have much common topic with them, except D i think. but there's no one that i instantly click with.. i guess its me warming up! haha. bleah.
i suppose this is how working life is like. it takes alot of gettin use to.

(: and my calves and thighs are getting huge. i have no idea why. i thought standing all day long will make it slimmer. but i was wrong! it seemed to have gotten fatter. GRRR. kill me pls.

anyways it rained really heavily today. it felt as if the heavens was crying for the lives lost in the 512 earthquake in shenzhen. i cant help feeling sad that lives are lost.
however, i wonder if this is the way Mother Earth was trying to eradicate the problem of overpopulation or is Mother Earth was simply trying to heal herself, seeing that she killed the humans [who are also the root cause for pollution and deforestation ; killing earth], but spared the pandas which are at the brink of extinction [they are not hurting earth].
seeing that this earthquake came a few weeks after cyclone Nargis.. i cant help feeling that this is Earth's way of retaliating. to our actions that cause destruction and hurt to earth.
okay random.

and i think im gg back to the era of infatuation.
i caught myself smiling for no reason at the weirdest times of the day.
and thinking of the happy memories.. then i smile again. (:(:(:
like now.

10:30:00 PM

my house has 3 toilets.
my house has 4 people.

and pls tell me why, when the time comes for me to pee, all three toilets are occupied?!

yes i freakin feel like shitting now. and my toilets are occupied.
i guess my family has the urge to shit at the same time.

SO i shall take the waiting time and blog.

hmm i found a job. yea at sentosa. hahaha
its a long way out.. BUT the pay is not bad~ 8bucks and hr. whee
i work at il lido as a guest relations officer.
its tirig job. but i learnt quite alot i guess. but i stil wna find another job which doesnt require me to stand all the time.
wahahah.

and i think i will accept ntu.
and i found a roommate!

and today's mother's day celebration was quite successful. (:
my family [including the extended okay] went to a vegetarian restaurant in Bukit Timah.
and the food is quite good! yea. i mean they tasted and look like the real meat stuff la. just that they are not. so YEA!
and quite funny cuz we had 20 ppl, so we split into two tables.
the first table consist of all the mums and dads plus my ah ma and da jiu.
the second table consist of ALL my maternal cousins and me!
its like a bonding session for family (:(:
its like half my cousin are alrdy in their 20s. and i am nearing my big two-oh in like a few months time.
we are all growing up and not realising it. to me, i still think that we are all young like real young. gives me a nostalgic feel (: in a good way.
rare it is to have the whole family plus extended tgt. and im glad that we got the chance this mother's day.

and we had a birthday cake for our ah ma!
albeit a last minute one. my eldest cousin had to leave halfway tru the meal to buy the cake from a cafe/restaurant two blocks away.
and its in a pretty heart shape!!! (:(:(: my favourite shape. wahaha.
and we sang the birthday song really loudly..
my cousin said people are staring but yea! its a really warm and fuzzy family time. heh.

(:(:(:
great night out i guess!

and did i mention that i am splurging alot on online shopping?
and i got my mum onto online shopping too! (:

the date with kip on sat night was also fulfilling.
we had great food, great night, great movie.
loves* oh and i bought a 8gb memory card for kip as his birthday present for his psp. cuz i lost his 4gb one. =( a hole in my pocket. but glad he's happy hee.

did i mention that i love my friends alot?
to be exact, i love my besties alot!
to be more exact, i love unice minyu matt and muthu alot! (:
for making me laugh until i wna die yesterday
for letting me play the most hilarious game of bridge.
for making a 7 no trump win possible.
for letting us all roll around the floor in laughter. like literally.
(muthu was rolling around minyu's floor with a red tomato face XD)

i haven laughed like that in a long long time. (:
like i was gna die of laughter. and growing abs.

it was like i was 5yr old again.

to those not mentioned in the blog. dont worry, i love you loads too!
(: like 3206outing. (: its was really great catching up with everyone. and let me get to know the guys better. yea, i think i actually talked to the guys more on the outing more than i had spoken to them in the past 2 years. hahaha.
its was really enjoyable we should do sth crazy nxt time! (: like paint the sky orange or sth.

i love my kippy too!
for always being there for me.
and taking care of me secretly. (:
